Individuals living with mental health or substance use challenges who want support navigating recovery and daily life.

Format:
One-on-one peer support (in-person or virtual, when appropriate)
Our Peer Support Services are provided by trained Peer Support Specialists with lived experience. We work alongside individuals to build coping skills, strengthen routines, improve communication, and connect to community resources. Services are person-centered and designed to promote recovery, empowerment, and long-term stability.
